For a Good Synopsis of the HPV Vaccine Flap in Texas

Check out bweldon's "Will the Real Rick Perry Please Stand up..." post on his blog. Mostly just the articles that have appeared, with a few facts about the timeline. I maintain that Perry is doing this for two reasons:

1. Crony payback to his ex-chief-of-staff and his contributor: Merck.

2. National Headlines to get name recognition for a possible National Office.

It won't work, el Perrito, because any (R) running will see that you are not supported in this State, and will actually get fewer Texas votes than a real conservative from a different State. The only problem is, I don't see any real conservatives with a snowball's chance in Hawaii of getting on the GOP National Ticket.

I'm seeing shades of Bob Dole, again. Even though any real conservative would walk away with the election, we aren't going to get one to vote for, and will sit out, again, just like in 1996. The Dem candidate will suck, but the GOP opponent will suck worse.

I agree with you on the shades of Bob Dole. It is like what Ann Coulter said on Fox News the other day. Don't fall for the trick again and pull another Bob Dole.

He acts like Moe, continually slapping the voters (Curly Joe) in the face.

It scares me. We can't have another Clintoon in office. The country can't handle it. I think it is collusion between the parties. Let one in to raise taxes, let the other in to invade your privacy, then switch back again... over and over and over.

I'm basically lazy, but honest. You did the work, so you get the credit. I don't agree with everything you said, necessarily, but you have the facts up, and no one can argue with facts.

It's like the National Enquirer. Have you ever read their "Man lives without a head" type of article. They are factual. Why can I say that? Because the first line is always: So-and-so said.... They aren't reporting that he was headless. They're reporting that someone said he was, so it is true, even if the impression is false.

By the way, my disclaimer also doesn't mean that I disagree with your opinions either. I just wanted, for future links, to be accurate in what I was saying.
